A slow but determined runner.
I'm a USATF Level 1
certified coach and
one of the founders
of the Granite State
Flash. I run to stay
healthy and enjoy the
company of other runners.
My running goals are modest.
If I finish in the top 10
in my age group, I'm happy. When I'm not running I'm spending time with my family, practicing
law or thinking about my
next run, perhaps not in
that order.
